Post-graduate researchers in any discipline (with a master’s degree or higher) are eligible for the research scholarship. Beneficiaries must also intend to come to Switzerland to conduct research or further their education at the doctoral or post-doctoral levels.
Scholarships for research or study are available at all Swiss cantonal universities, universities of applied sciences, and the two federal institutes of technology. Only candidates nominated by an academic mentor at one of these institutions of higher learning will be considered.
Art scholarships are available to students pursuing an initial master’s degree in Switzerland. Scholarships for study at any Swiss conservatory or university of the arts are available. Those who have already been offered a place to study are eligible to apply. This scholarship is only available to students from a select few countries.
These scholarships enable graduates from all fields to pursue master’s, doctoral, or postdoctoral studies in Switzerland at one of the country’s publicly funded universities or recognized institutions.
