mPharma 2022 Women in Software Engineering (WiSE) Internship Program
A 12-month virtual internship program called Women in Software Engineering (WiSE) will provide real-world engineering and technology product development experience, covering fundamental designing, coding, documentation, etc. Throughout the program, a manager and mentor will be assigned to each intern.
To offer our clients the greatest solutions, our interns work with a hand-picked team of seasoned software development engineers to produce actual software.
From October 2022 until September 2023, this initiative will run.
The internship will focus on the following areas of software engineering:
- Frontend engineering
- Backend engineering
- QA engineering
- DevOps engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Assist in designing and coding the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
- Collaborate with experienced mPharma Engineers to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative products and services.

Requirements for Women in Software Engineering (WiSE) Internship Program Women in Software Engineering (WiSE) Internship Program Qualification
- Only female applicants are eligible.
- Applicant must have less than 2 years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
- Open to women from any educational background with a strong interest in software engineering. Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Although no specific programming language is required – you should be familiar with the syntax of languages such as Java, C/C++, Javascript, or Python.
- Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
- Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems as well as ability to think abstractly.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Passionate about coding, cutting-edge technologies, and developing great products.
