The United Nations Nippon Foundation Fellowship offers advanced training in ocean affairs and the law of the sea, as well as related fields, including marine science to support management frameworks, to government officials and other mid-level professionals from developing States.

The fellows will gain knowledge of the work of the UN, become familiar with critical issues and best practices in maritime affairs, and hone their professional abilities.
