2022 University of Wollongongn in Dubai Bachelor’s Academic Merit Scholarship
Each trimester, the UOWD bachelor’s academic excellence award pays 15% to 50% of the tuition.
The scholarship does not cover any costs associated with studying, such as books, travel, lodging, or living expenses.

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD), which was founded in 1993, is now a part of a global brand with campuses in Australia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
It was the first international and Australian university to be established in the United Arab Emirates.
The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), Australia’s independent national quality assurance and regulatory agency for higher education, and the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the UAE Ministry of Education both accredit the University, which has a 26-year history and offers degrees that are recognized internationally.

Benefits of Bachelor’s Academic Merit Scholarship
Three categories of scholarships are available to bachelor’s students.
- 50% scholarship (conditions apply)
- 25% scholarship
- 15% scholarship
Within each category, the number of scholarships awarded is limited and you must meet the minimum selection criteria for the relevant category in order for your application to be considered.
Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all scholarships have been awarded for a trimester, no further scholarship applications will be accepted.

If you would like to apply for any of the UOWD Scholarships, you should submit an Application for Scholarship form, along with supporting documentation relevant to your chosen Scholarship (academic transcripts, completion certificate(s), awards, referee reports, alumni ID, as appropriate) to the Registrar’s Department. Applications must be received by the closing date (as listed below) and submitted via the Scholarship Form.
